Through its offices in Florida and Georgia, Mandalay's US business is focused on the real estate sector, primarily in office and industrial assets but also in select hospitality and residential opportunities.  We seek to identify unique opportunities in both gateway and secondary cities that can deliver superior risk-adjusted returns across market cycles.

Mandalay's US real estate strategy focuses on markets where real estate fundamentals are underpinned by healthy economic, corporate, and demographic growth.  We seek to acquire high quality, well-located assets to mitigate downside risk.  Whether a core, core-plus, or value-add investment strategy, we implement a proactive asset management strategy to unlock value and drive attractive returns.

As of Q1:2017, Mandalay has acquired a portfolio of Class A office assets in 9 cities across 5 states, totalling 4 million square feet with a combined value of over US$700 million.  These assets have been acquired by the Mandalay-FCRE Sponsor Venture I and Mandalay-FCRE Sponsor Venture II funds, together with co-investment from both US and international institutional investors.
